"Yaaaaasssssss, honey, I'm back!"
When Married to Medicine fans heard those words from Mariah Huq in the season four trailer, another question quickly followed: How is the cast going to react to her return?
As it turns out, some stars like Dr. Jackie Walters are keeping their cool.
"Now has Mariah ever been gone?" she asked E! __news before the new season kicks off Sunday night. "She adds to the drama…If she's there, we're good. If she's not, we're good."
But what about the speculation and fan theories that Mariah was pushed out last season? Not so fast, according to Dr. Jackie.

"No one can ever be pushed out. You may be nudged and you make a decision to stay or go," she explained. "We have seasonal friends and we have friends you have for life and I think when that lifetime friendship broke, we were a little bit torn between who was going to stay in the group or not."
While we watch what happens with this group, viewers are also interested in the dynamics between Dr. Jackie and her husband. While the season trailer teases some conflict, the Board-certified OBGYN admitted that busy schedules have provided some struggles in their marriage.
"I was born busy," Dr. Jackie shared with E! News. "I'm not the person who's the 8 to 5, you go home and you just kind of kick it, that's never going to be my personality so with or without reality TV, I'm busy."
Ultimately, the Bravo star is anxious to see what is said and done throughout the season.
"Nervous is an understatement. I'm more than nervous because the part of reality TV is you have conversations that your spouse has never seen and when it airs on TV, this will probably be the first season we're not going to watch together," she confessed.
Married to Medicine airs Sunday night at 9 p.m. only on Bravo. And Married to Medicine Houston premieres Friday at 9 p.m. also on Bravo.
(E! and Bravo are part of the NBCUniversal family)
