Call him the runaway groom.

After a wild bachelor party that included plenty of booze, candy, drag queens and strippers, it certainly looked like Shahs of Sunset star Reza Farahan was set to walk down the aisle with fiancé Adam Neely in a Thailand destination wedding.

But in a shocking move on tonight's episode, Reza pulled the brakes on his own nuptials. Leaving Adam behind, he traveled to Thailand solo. When his friends and co-stars arrived, he invited them to an impromptu dinner where he dropped the bombshell that his wedding was off.

Now, speaking exclusively with E! News, Reza explains why he just wasn't ready.

"I honestly didn't feel like getting married was the right thing to do," Reza explains. "We had unresolved issues that needed to be addressed. Otherwise, there was a good chance the old, cheating Reza would have reared his head."

So the guy gets props for honesty. But even better than that, E! News can exclusively reveal that the trip to Thailand ended up curing Reza's cold feet. In particular, he says hanging out with two pals—on-again, off-again couple Asifa Mirza and Bobby Talk—helped him see the light.

"Honestly, being in Thailand with my crazy crew and seeing how dysfunctional Asifa and Bobby were made me realize how great my relationship with Adam is," Reza tells us. "Adam actually Skyped with me on the day we were supposed to get married, despite the pain he was in. The smile and the love than shone through made me want to go home and fix things. We started communicating a lot more and trying to make our foundation stronger."

And it's been working.

"I'm happy to report that things are totally back on track and we're hoping to marry in the near future."
