Every day counts!

That's the mindset Teresa Giudice continues to hold this holiday after she stepped out to support daughter Gia Giudice's musical performance in New Jersey.

One day after celebrating a "quiet and intimate" Christmas at home, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star headed to iPlay America to watch her eldest daughter and her girl group, 3KT, perform several songs.

"The 3KT show was great for them. Teresa, Joe and all their girls were there plus Joe's brother and his family," a source told E! News. "It gave everyone something happy and fun to focus on. It lifted their spirits. [Gia's younger sister] Milania already wants to follow in her sister's footsteps and keeps asking when she can join a girl group."

The festive night out came after the Giudice family celebrated a "quiet, intimate" Christmas at home with only relatives and close friends.

Presents for the girls were not over the top and completely normal. In fact, Gia received Pink by Victoria's Secret clothing and a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses.

"For Teresa, it's all about savoring this time with the people she loves," the insider shared. "I think she's going to spend every last minute she can with her family."

The Fabulicious author was sentenced to 15 months in prison back in October after pleading guilty to bankruptcy fraud and other charges. She is expected to arrive at Danbury prison to begin her sentence on or before Jan. 5, 2015.

Instead of worrying about the future in front of her daughters, Teresa remains the strong Italian many fans know her to be.

"She wants [her daughters] to be as affected by this as little as possible," a source recently shared with E! News. "Right now, it's all about spending time with her real friends and her family."
