Chelsea Clinton just had her very own first daughter!
The political scion has welcomed a baby girl with husband Marc Mezvinsky, the new mom sharing the happy news tonight on social media.
"Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky," Chelsea tweeted and posted to Facebook.
She and her husband of five years managed to keep the sex of their baby a secret till labor day, though excited then-future granddad Bill Clinton couldn't help but get folks wondering when he referred to a potential "grandson" the other day, followed quickly by "or granddaughter."

"I'm proud of my son-in-law and my daughter for not wanting to know [the sex]," the former president of the United States added, speaking to George Stephanopoulos during the 2014 Clinton Global Initiative in NYC.
New grandmother Hillary Clinton retweeted the birth announcement, as did her husband, who had said he hoped to be a granddad by "the first of October."
And so he is!

"Now I've been thinking a lot about family, because you know I'm on grandbaby watch and I think a lot about this new member of our family and what he or she can look forward to," Hillary said last Friday at the Democratic National Committee's Women's Leadership Forum. "Whether you're the grandchild of a president or the grandchild of a janitor, whether you're born in a city or in a small rural village—no matter who you are, you have the right to inherit the American dream."
Chelsea had recently divulged to Refinery 29 that she was down to wearing Marc's shirts for comfort.
"[I wear] anything that fits over my belly," she told the style site. "Increasingly, that's my husband's T-shirts or button-down shirts. So, the honest answer in the here and now [about pregnancy fashion] is a different answer than it would be had you asked me a few months ago, or ask me again in nine months. But, for right now, it's really my husband's shirts, because they're the only things that fit me.
Surely it'll be back to her side of the closet soon enough. Congratulations to the whole family!
